RITTER CHARITABLE TRUST
LOANED EXECUTIVE PROGRAM
Thank you for your interest in the Ritter Charitable Trust's Loaned Executive Program!
The Ritter Charitable Trust's mission is to improve the quality of life for women and children in Nevada through thoughtful grant making, support of existing charitable programs, and the establishment of new programs to respond to the changing needs of this demographic.
In an effort to strengthen the nonprofit sector, the Trust created a Loaned Executive Program to assist nonprofits in strengthening their capacity and reaching long-term fiscal sustainability. The purpose of this program is to provide an organizational assessment and concrete recommendations that can assist your organization in achieving financial stability. The purpose is not for the loaned executive to implement any of the ideas or to embark on facilitation or planning retreats. Please note that participation in the Loaned Executive Program does not imply new or additional financial support from the Trust. Rather, the program works to ensure that participants are not reliant on any one funder.
The Ritter Charitable Trust is more likely to support proposals from 501(c)(3) organizations:
| » |
Whose mission is to improve the quality of life for women and children in So. Nevada |
| » |
That have received past fiscal support from the Trust |
| » |
That are receptive to ideas and recommendations provided by the loaned executive |
The Ritter Charitable Trust generally will not support proposals from 501(c)(3) organizations:
| » |
That advance any political or religious purpose or viewpoint |
| » |
That discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, medical condition, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law |
