  About The Founders
Founders John Ritter and Hilary Westrom
More than 17 years ago, John Ritter came to Las Vegas to pursue acquiring land and developing master planned communities. John’s
significant other Hilary Westrom, came to Las Vegas
as a district manager for the retail chain, the Limited. In 2000,
Hilary
completed a master's degree from UNLV to pursue a career in counseling.
Together, John and Hilary’s goal has become investing in the community that they call home.
As CEO of Focus Property Group, John's goals are to create communities that; provide a high quality of life for their residents, are timeless in architecture and design, have lasting value, are sensitive to the environment, address the needs of the larger community in which they are located and attempt to provide solutions to important social challenges.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in a private practice, Hilary provides treatment for children, adolescents, adults and families for various issues including sexual abuse and domestic violence.
Though their backgrounds are diverse, both John and Hilary hold the belief that it is the responsibility of those who have experienced
success in their community to reach out and help those less fortunate. This has led them to the establishment of the Ritter Charitable Trust, a supporting organization to the Nevada Community Foundation. The Ritter Charitable Trust supports children and families in need in Southern Nevada.
